We have been offering our house for more than 10 years to other tourists to use as vacation domicile.
You are looking for a private vacation home, a quite neighborhood and relaxation, but at the same time close proximity to all the attractions Orlando has to offer? Look no further! Our house is located in a quite neighborhood, called 'Orange Tree'. It is located right off US-27 and therefore offers perfect accessibility to the attractions around.

"We absolutely loved the villa and our time spent there. It was extremely spacious, clean and very homely/cosy, whilst still being very modern in comparison to other villas which we looked at. It had every single thing we could think of needing which made our trip even more enjoyable - the hosts really have thought of everything that a guest would need. The rooms were all a really lovely size and we had all the amenities we could think of. The pool was also a big plus for us - it was a lovely size and perfect for our family of 6. We loved how the pool was not overlooked by any other villas which was a big plus for us. We loved how the villa was close to everything including supermarkets, gift shops, restaurants and the Disney parks and only a short drive from the airport. We felt the villa was an ideal location. On another note, the service we have been provided by Homes of America has also been great. The customer service was excellent, with quiet communication when needed. The whole process was so seamless and easy, again making our stay perfect. Thank-you for such a lovely stay and we hope we can return very soon!"

“We are very demanding. We have a 1 year old baby girl who is crawling and learning to walk. The house was very clean and made us feel free to let Liz explore everything. The condominium is very quiet, the house is spectacular. All the positives end up outweighing the single "distance" factor. From there, except for the Walmart which is 9 minutes away, the rest is all 30 or 40 minutes. But I emphasize again that this was easily made up for by what this stay offers. I would rent again without a doubt. Thank you!"
