Terms and Conditions (T&C)

 

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the booking and use of the vacation rental property located at 16013 Hawk Hill, Clermont, FL 34714, USA (hereinafter referred to as "the Property") by guests who submit a booking request via this website.

2. Booking and Contract

A binding rental agreement is only concluded once the landlord confirms the guest's request in writing (via email).
By submitting a booking request, the guest agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

PEP Rates

PEP rates are available to a specific group of people. When booking such a rate, proof must be provided that the main tenant falls into this group of people. The rates are offered to all persons in the tourism industry (airline employees, travel agents, airport employees, etc.). Suitable proof must be sent to the landlord by email at the latest upon confirmation of the booking. The following are accepted: airline ID, employee ID, airport ID, DRV ID, IATA ID, proof of employment, email replied from a business email address from which the domain can be clearly identified as a tourism company (privately accessible domains such as @gmail, @yahoo, etc. are not considered clearly identifiable as tourism company).

If no suitable proof of employment is provided, the landlord reserves the right to increase the rate to the currently applicable standard rate.

3. Rental Period / Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: from 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM
    Late check-out may be granted subject to availability.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and include all utilities unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or online payment after confirmation by the landlord.

  • A deposit equivalent to one night's stay is due within 7 days of the booking confirmation.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

  • PEP-Rates

  • Our PEP-Rates are being offered with a discount. As such, full payment is due at time of booking.

5. Security Deposit

  • A security deposit of $250 USD is required before check-in.

  • This deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided no damage has occurred during the stay.

  • Additionally, if the safe is used, a separate deposit of $300 (or €300) must be paid in advance.
    This safe deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided the safe key is returned and no damage is found.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 8 weeks before arrival: free cancellation,

  • 5 to 8 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rental price is due,

  • 5 weeks or fewer before arrival or no-show: 100% of the rental price is due.
    All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to 16103hawkhill@gmaill.com. The date receipt of the email is determined for calculating the time until arrival.

  • PEP-Rates

  • Our PEP-Rates are offered with a discount. As such, the cancellation fee for these rates is always 100%

7. Use and House Rules

  • The property may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking.

  • Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted.

  • The guest agrees to treat the property and its furnishings with care and to report any damages immediately.

  • Smoking inside the house is not permitted.

8. Liability

  • The landlord is not liable for the guest’s personal belongings or for accidents in or around the house.

  • The guest is fully liable for any damage caused to the property by themselves or their accompanying guests.

9. Data Privacy

All data collected during the booking process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Jurisdiction

U.S. law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Clermont, Florida, USA.
