To book the PEP rates, please send us a booking inquiry mentioning that you are looking to book PEP rates.

We offer the rates based on availability no earlier than 30 days prior to arrival. The discount is 25% off the published rates. Proof of eligibility is required and has to be provided as email attachment latest at time of confirming the booking (e.g., airline ID, DRV, IATA ID, or similar).

The employee will be the main traveller and has to be part of the traveling party.

Inquiries can also be sent more than 30 days before the desired arrival date, however, bookings will not be confirmed outside the 30 day window and are based on availability. In case there are multiple inquiries for the same time, the inquiry that was sent first will be confirmed.
